1 21oz can apple pie filling
1 15oz package white or spice cake mix
½ cup vegetable oil
(vanilla ice cream or whipped cream)
-Preheat oven to 350*. Spray pan with cooking spray (9x13). Place apple pie filling in a large bowl and use scissors to cut apples into smaller chunks. Add cake mix, eggs and oil. Beat for 1-2 minutes. Spread in prepped pan.
-Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan at least 15 minutes before serving. Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
