From Cathy Mitchell "Easy Dump Dinners"

2 cups chopped cooked chicken

1 16oz jar salsa                       

¼  cup green and red bell pepper, chopped

¼ cup green onions, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 flour tortillas

(sour cream, extra salsa and cheese)

-Preheat oven to 350*. Combine chicken, salsa, peppers and onions in a large bowl. Stir until all ingredients are coated.

-Lay tortillas on a sheet pan (9x13). Spread chicken mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.  Top with remaining tortillas.

-Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas have browned.  Top with sour cream, salsa or cheese.  Serve.

Mostly student are eating the different type of chicken and also join the cooking training center for learning. Mostly student are the cooking center and attend the different class.
