5 Large Baking Potatoes
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 small yellow onion, chopped
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayo
Salt and Pepper to taste

-Peel and dice potato and put in sauce pan. Cover with water and bring to boil until taters are soft.

-Let taters cool. Put in mixing bowl and add both onions, bacon, sour cream, mayo and salt n' pepper.  Mix well.

-Chill for an hour in fridge. Serve!

Potato lovers. According to the latest research results, the potatoes are the only type of the vegetable that is having the biggest production in this world as compare to the others. So this is a common and easily find ingredient.

I really don't know how to reflect on a recipe. But I think, in this recipe you can learn on how to make a healthy potato dish. Mostly of the ingredients are vegetables that's why it is so healthy. The bacon is also a healthy food but a little bit fatty. That ingredient only serves as additional tasting for the delicious dish that they are making.
